css js small project

A small CSS / pure JS ocean scene generator that builds on user input. I made
this for the Glitch July Code Jam, which is a small
contest that Glitch runs monthly with a theme or challenge.

I’ve been wanting to make more one-off tools like this, and this was a great
chance!
